About the role
High Key Property Management is hiring a full-time maintenance technician to care for rental properties across Northeast Iowa
Work area: Decorah, Postville, West Union, Waukon, and Clermont. Travel between properties happens in the company vehicle

This is a hands-on role with variety. No two days look the same
What you'll do
General maintenance and repairs in occupied and vacant units
Interior and exterior painting
Unit turnover cleaning between tenants
Lawn care and seasonal grounds upkeep
Respond to work orders and keep tenants informed
What we're looking for
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Basic repair and handyman skills (more experience means higher pay)
Comfortable talking with tenants respectfully
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Able to lift, climb ladders, and work outdoors in Iowa weather
